Myth + fairy tale
Let the chapter become a living map of psychic life, opening a path between the tale and your own questions.
A therapeutic + study circle for women
A circle for becoming home—to yourself, to the feminine soul, and to community.

Lobas
She-wolves gathering at the threshold—creating a casa for the life asking to be lived. The circle
Lobas is an intimate, facilitated circle where study becomes a living encounter with your inner world—and where integration brings thought, feeling, body, story, and less-conscious aspects of the psyche into relationship.
We begin with Women Who Run with the Wolves and let each story open into personal reflection, shared witnessing, dream, symbol, body, and creative expression. We stay curious about what the story awakens—without forcing one meaning.
The circle is also a practice of community: a casa where women can be witnessed, find resonance, and remember that individuation does not require isolation, but integration.
Inside the circle
Each meeting brings story, inquiry, depth psychology, and lived experience together. This is transformational work: each woman is guided to recognize and understand the responses that emerge from her own inner world.
Let the chapter become a living map of psychic life, opening a path between the tale and your own questions.
Follow dreams, images, tarot, alchemical symbols, and emotional resonances that speak from beyond the familiar voice of the ego.
Notice complexes and inherited patterns while making room to integrate neglected, conflicting, or less-conscious aspects of the psyche.
Learn an exclusive trance technique developed by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés—one Anna had the privilege of learning directly from her during the residential trainings.
A depth-psychology way of studying
“We do not interpret the story from a distance. We let it find the place in us that already knows it.”
How it unfolds
The work does not offer a ready-made interpretation. It guides each woman to investigate the unconscious and understand the responses that arise.
Before we meet, read the chapter we will work with and bring the question—or questions—you are carrying, including the answers you seek for your life.
Through story, guided reflection, dream, symbol, and trance, we follow what attracts, unsettles, resists, or repeats in your inner life.
Each woman is supported in recognizing the responses that emerge and discovering how they may be understood and lived—without forcing a single meaning.
A reflective pause
Pause with each question and choose what feels most true today. This is an invitation to notice resonance—not a clinical assessment or a test with a right answer.

Jungian psychotherapist + counselling supervisor
Anna is a Doctor of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Registered Clinical Counsellor, counselling supervisor, and Jungian psychotherapist. A psychologist trained in Brazil, she brings more than 23 years of clinical experience across Brazil and Canada, integrating dream and symbol work, Sandplay, Brainspotting, trauma-responsive care, and a culturally responsive lens.
She has studied Jungian psychology since she was 19. During the very first semester of her psychology degree, she already knew this was the path she would follow.
Women Who Run with the Wolves touched her deeply—but not at first. She initially did not like the book. Two years later, at 21, during a profound personal crisis, it became a guide, helping her listen for a way back to herself.
In 2026, Anna had the privilege of attending two residential trainings with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, who at 81 continues to teach. Learning directly from her deepened the work with story, trance, and the instinctive feminine that Anna now brings to Lobas.
“I think of depth work as a return—not to who we were, but to what has been quietly waiting to become conscious.”
Questions
It is a facilitated therapeutic study circle: more personal and experiential than a class, and more structured around texts than a psychotherapy group. It can support meaningful self-exploration, but it does not replace individual psychotherapy when that level of care is needed.
No. Ideas from depth psychology are introduced in clear language as they become useful. Curiosity matters more than prior knowledge.
Our central companion is Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, with occasional selected material from Jungian and depth-oriented writers. Reading guidance is shared with each cohort; participants use their own copy of the book.
Cohorts may be offered in English or Portuguese. The working language is confirmed before registration so conversation can move with depth and nuance.
Details for each intimate cohort—including dates, number of meetings, online or in-person format, and fee—are shared before registration. When registration opens, use Jane to reserve your place or schedule a free initial discovery call about the group.
No. Lobas does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
An invitation
